Dear valued members,

We would like to inform you of Payoneer’s current list of sanctioned countries for card applications.

According to the list, members from the following 14 countries are not eligible to apply for the Money Track debit card:

Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, Cuba, India, Iran, South Korea, Myanmar, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, and the United Kingdom.

Regarding the UnionPay Prepaid Card, payment services are not available in countries sanctioned by the United Nations. This list remains unchanged since the last announcement.

Among the countries mentioned above:

– Members from Canada and South Korea are eligible to apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran, and Iraq are not eligible to apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan, and Syria may apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card; however, approval may be subject to additional review depending on their financial background.

In addition, we would like to announce the following update to the UnionPay Prepaid Card application conditions:

Since November 2023, applicants are required to complete the application process in person and collect their card in Hong Kong. New applicants must provide proof of entry to Hong Kong (e.g., boarding pass, train ticket, or equivalent documentation) as part of the application process.
