Notice of problem with commission transfer to Payoneer cards

Dear Valued Members,
We were informed that the commission transfers to all Payoneer cards were not successful due to possible technical error.
Although we made every possible effort to conduct these transfers including making transactions manually one by one, the commission transfer was not successful.
At the same time, we asked Payoneer to figure out the cause of this problem and at around 18:00 PM Japan time, the problem was solved and the tranfers were successfully made.
We deeply regret this incident and we will try out best to avoid any of these kinds of problems in the future.
