Necessary information when contacting NFR Customer Service

Dear Valued Members,
In order to provide better service and timely assistance as well as protect all member’s personal information, we would like NFR members to write registered Member Name and ID when contacting NFR customer service.
If the inquiry emails do not include Member Names and IDs, NFR customer service will ask for this information first to confirm the identity of the inquirers.
And please also note that for some cases, we may ask for more registration information like the date of birth or phone numbers so that we can ensure the security of our members personal information.
