We would like to inform you that the current OS version of our Windows Server is no longer supported by Microsoft. To ensure system security and protect against external threats like ransomware, we will be upgrading to the latest version.

Please note that during the upgrade, FASTRACK, new online registrations, and Back Office services will be unavailable for one day due to maintenance.

The system maintenance will be performed according to the following schedule:

• Implementation date: January 19th, 2025 (Sunday)
• Hours: 10:00 to 19:00 JST
• Affected services:
Back Office (https://fastrack.jp/member/)
Online registration page (https://fastrack.jp/member/register/)

During the maintenance, you will not be able to connect to the affected services.
Please wait until the maintenance period is over before attempting to access them again.
