Notice of Changes to FedEx Account Requirements for U.S. Deliveries

We sincerely appreciate your continued support of Thanks AI activities.

We would like to inform you of the following update regarding FedEx shipments to the United States.

As previously informed, recipients were required to provide their FedEx account number at the time of shipment in accordance with U.S. customs regulations.

However, we are now able to process shipments from our Tokyo warehouse using an alternative FedEx account code that does not require the recipient’s FedEx account number.

As a result, members are no longer generally required to provide a FedEx account number when placing orders.

Please note that depending on future operational changes by FedEx, there remains a possibility that a recipient’s FedEx account number may again be required, even when using the alternative account code.

Should such a situation arise, we will notify you promptly via an email from nfr@thanksai.jp.

To stay prepared, we recommend retaining your FedEx account number ready in case it becomes necessary. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team at the email address provided above.
