FedEx Account Number Requirement for U.S. Shipments

This notice serves as a formal announcement that, effective immediately, all NFR shipments to the United States are required to include the recipient’s FedEx account number (FedEx ID). This requirement is mandated by the latest U.S. Customs regulations and is beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in complying with this policy.
 
To expedite the shipping process, we would appreciate it if NFR members could email us your FedEx account number after placing an order for shipment to the U.S. In addition, our team will contact by email to confirm your FedEx account number prior to dispatch, ensuring that shipments can successfully clear U.S. Customs.
 
Please note that shipments cannot be dispatched from our Tokyo warehouse until the FedEx account number has been provided.
 
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This requirement is implemented to comply with the latest U.S. Customs policies. We greatly appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and compliance in this matter.
