We would like to inform you that Payoneer will begin a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification update for existing account holders starting in November 2026. The verification process will be rolled out in phases over several months.

If your account is selected for verification, you will receive an email from Payoneer explaining the required information and documents, along with instructions and a submission deadline.

**What should you do?**

– Please check your email and Payoneer account regularly for verification notifications.
– If you receive a verification request, log in to your Payoneer account and access the Verification Center to review the specific requirements.
– Prepare and submit the requested documents before the deadline stated in the notification.

Depending on your account type and location, you may be asked to provide identification, proof of address, business information, or company registration documents.

Please note that failure to complete the verification by the specified deadline may result in restrictions on receiving payments until the verification process is completed.
