Emergency measures to improve shipping situation

Thank you for continuously promoting Thanks AI’s products and supporting our activities.
We are pleasantly surprised that even though Covid-19 pandemic is negatively affecting the world economy, we have been receiving so many orders thanks to the efforts of our valued members.
Recently, however, EMS service has been severely delayed or even refused at many destination countries due to this pandemic.
In order to solve this problem, Thanks AI has decided to temporarily switch from EMS to FedEx’s delivery service.
There is a huge shipping fee increase involved in this move, but we have decided not to raise NFR shipping fees and Thanks AI will make up the differences as a special treatment for all NFR members.
As soon as the situation in global logistics stabilizes, we will switch from FedEx to EMS again.
Please be assured to place your orders as usual. Thanks AI is making our utmost effort in getting our products to your home.
However, though FedEx is of better guaranty, please be noted that some delay is still expected.
For those products which have already been shipped out by EMS, we are trying our best to facilitate the exportation process in cooperation with Japan Post, but there are so many EMS packages waiting to be exported at Japan Post and we may have to ask for your patience for some more time.
