Please kindly be informed that until we finish upgrading Fastrack, members’ organization on BackOffice will not be updated for a limited time every day.

The time as follows:
From 11:30 to 12:00 (JST)
From 18:30 to 19:00 (JST)

During these time periods, if new members are registered, they may not be displayed in the organization map until such time passes. We expect that the upgrade will be completed around this summer.
