Important Notice Regarding Payoneer Card Services for U.S. Residents

To all NFR (individual imports) members,
We sincerely appreciate your continued trust and support.
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding Payoneer card services for members residing in the United States.
Due to U.S. state regulatory requirements, Payoneer Europe Limited will no longer be able to issue Payoneer cards to U.S. residents.
As part of this transition, the following changes will apply:
・New Payoneer Card Registrations
Starting from June 15, 2026, members residing in the United States who wish to register for a Payoneer Card will first need to complete the registration and KYC verification process for a Payoneer Account.
Once approved, eligible users may apply for a virtual USD card provided by Payoneer Inc. and issued by First Century Bank (U.S.).
No changes are required to the current payout process or system integration.
・Existing Payoneer Cardholders
Existing Payoneer cards issued by Payoneer Europe Limited to members residing in the United States will be deactivated on or before June 15, 2026, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Affected users may apply for a new virtual USD card provided by Payoneer Inc. and issued by First Century Bank (U.S.).
Payoneer will contact you directly with detailed guidance regarding the transition process and new card application procedure.
