★ CAMPAIGN PERIOD: From January 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025.
★ TARGET MEMBERS:
Regardless of registration date, the Rank Up campaign 2025 applies to all NFR members who achieve a higher rank for the first time during this campaign period.
★ PRIVILEGE: Extra Bonuses
During the campaign period, if a member meets the campaign conditions, he/she can achieve special bonuses according to the table below:

★ CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS:
• Rank Up Campaign Bonuses: These are only available to members who achieve a new rank for the first time. Members who reach a rank for the second time (having previously lost the rank and then regained it) are not eligible for the Rank Up campaign bonuses.
• Rank Jumping: If a member skips ranks, they will receive the combined bonuses for all the ranks they skip.
• Special Pin Badge Conditions: Members who reach the total referrals of 6 people or more within the Rank Up Campaign period are eligible to receive 1 pin badge as a gift. Only 01 pin badge will be awarded per member, regardless of how many people they introduce (e.g., 12, 18, etc.).

• Rank Up Campaign Bonus Payment: The Rank Up campaign bonus will be paid along with the regular monthly bonus for the month in which the campaign conditions are met. For example, if a member achieves a new rank in January 2025 and qualifies for the Rank Up campaign, the bonus will be paid together with January 2025’s regular bonus in February 2025.
• Violation of Laws or Membership Regulations: If a member violates any laws or membership regulations, they will not receive the campaign bonus, even if they meet the conditions. Furthermore, if an illegal action is discovered after the special bonus has been awarded, the bonus amount will be deducted from the member’s next bonus payment.

Due to the sharp depreciation of the Japanese Yen, we have decided to change the JPY prices of NFR products on a monthly basis from June 1st, 2022 onwards.

Please be informed that in January, NFR prices will be adjusted based on December’s average exchange rate.

System change time: between 15:00 JST and 18:00 JST on January 7th, 2025.

We would like NFR members to refrain from registering and ordering between 15:00 JST and 18:00 JST on January 7th due to this system change. New NFR prices will be officially announced after the system change time.

In case the exchange rate remains similar to that of the previous month, the price change may not be carried out.

We sincerely apologize for the change in our policy and we would like to express our highest appreciation for your understanding and cooperation.

We would like to make Payoneer’s current list of sanctioned countries for card application known to you. According to the list, members from the following 13 countries cannot apply for Money Track debit card:
Australia, Canada, Cuba, India, Iran, South Korea, Myanmar, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom.

Regarding UnionPay Prepaid Card, its payment service is not provided to the countries sanctioned by the UN and the list of these countries remains unchanged since their last announcement.

Therefore, among the 9 countries aforementioned:
– Members from Canada, South Korea, please apply for UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran, and Iraq cannot apply for UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan, and Syria can apply for UnionPay Prepaid Card but may have some difficulties being accepted depending on financial background.

In addition, we would like to announce the following change to UnionPay Prepaid Card Application Conditions:

Conditions for applying for a UnionPay Prepaid Card have changed from November 2023. Accordingly, all members who want to apply for an UnionPay Prepaid Card are required to complete their application in person and collect the cards themselves in Hong Kong. New applicants are asked to provide proof of entry to Hong Kong, such as a boarding pass, train ticket, or equivalent documentation, as part of the application process.
