Notice regarding new JPY prices of NFR products in August, 2026

 

 

To all NFR (individual imports) members,

Thank you for using Thanks AI products and please accept our deepest gratitude for your great contributions to Thanks AI activities.

Due to the sharp depreciation of the Japanese Yen, we have decided to change the JPY prices of NFR products on a monthly basis from June 1st, 2022 onwards.
Please be informed that in August, NFR prices will be adjusted based on July’s average exchange rate. System change time: between 15:00 JST and 18:00 JST on August 3rd, 2026.

We would like NFR members to refrain from registering and ordering between 15:00 JST and 18:00 JST on August 3rd, 2026 due to this system change. New NFR prices will be officially announced after the system change time.

In case the exchange rate remains similar to that of the previous month, the price change may not be carried out.

We sincerely apologize for the change in our policy and we would like to express our highest appreciation for your understanding and cooperation.

Have you tried the new “Profil®” yet?

The purity of the proteoglycan ingredient has been increased from 85% to 95%. You may think that this is only a 10% difference, but that 10% reflects Japan’s unwavering commitment to quality and continuous innovation.

Proteoglycan is a rare ingredient that was once said to be worth as much as JPY 30 million per gram. Recognizing its potential, Thanks AI has continued its research and product development with the goal of delivering truly valuable products to as many members as possible.

As a result, we have successfully increased the purity of the ingredient to 95%.

In fact, achieving that additional 10% is by no means easy. The higher the purity, the greater the need for advanced technology and strict quality control, while manufacturing costs also increase significantly.

Increasing the purity also means removing as many impurities and unnecessary components as possible, bringing the ingredient closer to pure proteoglycan itself. For this reason, a purity level of 95% is considered extremely difficult to achieve and is rarely adopted in general products.

However, President Fujiwara believed,

“If we can deliver something better than what we have now, there is no reason not to take on the challenge.”

We refuse to settle for the status quo, and we never compromise on quality. Our desire to provide even greater value to our members inspired us to achieve this new milestone of 95% purity.

Application Conditions of Money Track and UnionPay Prepaid Card

 

 

Dear valued members,

We would like to inform you of Payoneer’s current list of sanctioned countries for card applications.

According to the list, members from the following 14 countries are not eligible to apply for the Money Track debit card:

Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, Cuba, India, Iran, South Korea, Myanmar, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, and the United Kingdom.

Regarding the UnionPay Prepaid Card, payment services are not available in countries sanctioned by the United Nations. This list remains unchanged since the last announcement.

Among the countries mentioned above:

– Members from Canada and South Korea are eligible to apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran, and Iraq are not eligible to apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan, and Syria may apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card; however, approval may be subject to additional review depending on their financial background.

In addition, we would like to announce the following update to the UnionPay Prepaid Card application conditions:

Since November 2023, applicants are required to complete the application process in person and collect their card in Hong Kong. New applicants must provide proof of entry to Hong Kong (e.g., boarding pass, train ticket, or equivalent documentation) as part of the application process.

Due to the small fluctuation in the exchange rate over the last month, the commission calculation rate applied in the commission of June which is to be calculated and paid out in July will remain the same as the commission calculation rate applied in the previous month at the following rates:

Notice of Payoneer Maintenance Postponement

 

 

To all NFR (Individual Imports) members,

We would like to inform you that the Payoneer scheduled maintenance originally planned for Sunday, July 12, from 00:00 EST to 06:00 EST has been postponed.

As a result, no maintenance activities will take place during this time, and you can continue to process payments and use Payoneer services as normal.

A new maintenance schedule will be announced once it has been confirmed by Payoneer, and we will provide advance notice accordingly.

Notice Regarding Payoneer Scheduled Maintenance (July 12, 2026)

We would like to inform you that Payoneer has scheduled a maintenance window on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST.
During the maintenance window, we expect only a minor service interruption during the failover, including but not limited to Partner APIs, payment processing, and Pay with Payoneer. No significant downtime is anticipated.
If possible, we kindly recommend that you avoid scheduling or making payments during this maintenance window.

Please go to Backoffice and set Thanks Pay carryover as soon as possible.
(Changes after the 5th will be applied for the next month.)

Moreover, kindly be informed that NFR members can purchase products using Thanks Pay PV at the exchange rate of 1 JPY=1 Thanks Pay PV.
