Dear valued members,

We would like to inform you of Payoneer’s current list of sanctioned countries for card applications.

According to the list, members from the following 14 countries are not eligible to apply for the Money Track debit card:

Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, Cuba, India, Iran, South Korea, Myanmar, Palestinian Territories, Russia, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, and the United Kingdom.

Regarding the UnionPay Prepaid Card, payment services are not available in countries sanctioned by the United Nations. This list remains unchanged since the last announcement.

Among the countries mentioned above:

– Members from Canada and South Korea are eligible to apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran, and Iraq are not eligible to apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan, and Syria may apply for the UnionPay Prepaid Card; however, approval may be subject to additional review depending on their financial background.

In addition, we would like to announce the following update to the UnionPay Prepaid Card application conditions:

Since November 2023, applicants are required to complete the application process in person and collect their card in Hong Kong. New applicants must provide proof of entry to Hong Kong (e.g., boarding pass, train ticket, or equivalent documentation) as part of the application process.

We would like to inform you that the Payoneer scheduled maintenance originally planned for Sunday, July 12, from 00:00 EST to 06:00 EST has been postponed.

As a result, no maintenance activities will take place during this time, and you can continue to process payments and use Payoneer services as normal.

A new maintenance schedule will be announced once it has been confirmed by Payoneer, and we will provide advance notice accordingly.

We would like to inform you that Payoneer has scheduled a maintenance window on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST.
During the maintenance window, we expect only a minor service interruption during the failover, including but not limited to Partner APIs, payment processing, and Pay with Payoneer. No significant downtime is anticipated.
If possible, we kindly recommend that you avoid scheduling or making payments during this maintenance window.

From now until the end of this month, NFR members can purchase products at the following prices:

Initial purchase price: JPY 32,000 (12,000PV)
Repeat purchase price: JPY 20,000 (12,000PV)
3Mx1 purchase price: JPY 60,000
6Mx1 purchase price: JPY 120,000
12Mx1 purchase price: JPY 240,000

These new prices are based on June’s average exchange rate and the USD prices below which were used for NFR products in the past.

Initial purchase: USD 200 (12,000PV)
Repeat purchase: USD 125 (12,000PV)
