We would like to make Payoneer’s current list of sanctioned countries for card application known to you. According to the list, members from the following 10 countries cannot apply for Money Track debit card:
• Australia
• Iran
• South Korea
• Myanmar
• Russian
• Sudan
• Syria
• Cuba
• Canada
• India

Regarding UnionPay Prepaid Card, its payment service is not provided to the countries sanctioned by the UN and the list of these countries remains unchanged since their last announcement.

Therefore, among the 9 countries aforementioned:
– Members from Canada, South Korea, please apply for UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran, and Iraq cannot apply for UnionPay Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan, and Syria can apply for UnionPay Prepaid Card but may have some difficulties being accepted depending on financial background.

In addition, we would like to announce the following change to UnionPay Prepaid Card Application Conditions:
Conditions for applying for a UnionPay Prepaid Card have changed from November 2023. Accordingly, all members who want to apply for an UnionPay Prepaid Card are required to complete their application in person and collect the cards themselves in Hong Kong. New applicants are asked to provide proof of entry to Hong Kong, such as a boarding pass, train ticket, or equivalent documentation, as part of the application process.

In order to acknowledge the continuous contributions and efforts of our valued members, we are pleased to announce that we will be launching special campaigns this year 2024 – JAPAN INCENTIVE and DOMESTIC INCENTIVE.

●Summary:
The Japan Incentive campaign will run from February to June 2024, and depending on the points you earn, you will be invited to Japan Incentive Tour (Autumn 2024).
The Domestic Incentive campaign will run from August to December 2024, and depending on the points you earn, you will be invited to participate in Domestic Incentive Tours (Spring 2025).

Due to potential geographic and other restrictions for NFR members located around the world, we are unable to arrange “Japan Incentive” and “Domestic Incentive” to suit your needs. Accordingly, points earned during the “Japan Incentive” and “Domestic Incentive” campaign periods will be paid in addition to the regular bonus. Specifically, you will earn 100 points (300,000 PV) for the “Japan Incentive” and 40 points (120,000 PV) for the “Domestic Incentive”.

★ CAMPAIGN PERIOD: From January 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024.

★ TARGET MEMBERS:
Regardless of registration date, the Rank Up campaign 2024 applies to all NFR members who achieve a higher rank for the first time during this campaign period.

★ PRIVILEGE: Extra Bonuses
During the campaign period, if a member meets the campaign conditions, he/she can achieve special bonuses according to the table below:

★ CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS:
• Rank Up campaign bonuses are only achievable for members who get a new rank for the first time. Members getting a rank from the second time onwards (got the rank in the past but lost it and then reached that rank for the second time) are not the target of the Rank Up campaign.

• If a member jumps over the ranks, he/she will receive combined campaign bonuses.

• Conditions for special pin badge: Members who reach the total referrals of 6 people or more within the Rank Up Campaign period can get 01 pin badge as present. Only 01 pin badge can be awarded to each member fulfilling the prescribed conditions, no matter how many people he/she introduces (even 12 people, 18 people, etc.).

*Note:
• Rank Up campaign bonus payment will be made at the same time as the bonus payment of the month following the month in which the campaign bonus accrues. For example, if a member achieves a new rank in January 2024 and meets this campaign’s conditions, the Rank Up campaign bonus will be paid at the same time as February 2024’s bonus in March 2024.

• Along with the Rank Up Campaign 2024, the Start-Up Campaign 2023 is still valid in the year 2024 even though this campaign has ended, so if a member fulfills all campaign conditions of the Start-Up Campaign 2023, he/she can still receive the special bonus related to ranks and the sponsor bonus 1.5 times of Start Up Campaign 2023.
However, please kindly note that members cannot get both Start-Up campaign 2023’s special bonuses and the Rank Up Campaign 2024’s special bonuses at the same time. Therefore, those who receive the special bonuses of the Start Up campaign 2023 will not be eligible for the Rank Up campaign 2024.

Example 1: In case an NFR member registered in December 2023 and achieved “Silver” rank in January 2024.
→　Since the member achieved “Silver” rank within the condition period of Start Up campaign 2023 (within 2 months from the month after the registration month), he/she will only receive a special bonus of 30,000 PV in January 2024’s bonus.

Example 2: In case an NFR member registered in October 2023 and achieved “Triple Silver” rank in January 2024 (From no rank to Triple Silver rank).
→　The member achieved “Triple Silver” rank within the condition period of the Start Up campaign 2023 (within 4 months from the month after the registration month), so he/she will receive a special bonus of 50,000 PV in January 2024’s bonus.
Also, the member achieved “Silver” rank outside the condition period of the Start Up campaign 2023 but is eligible for the Rank Up campaign 2024, so he/she will receive a special bonus of 15,000 PV in February 2024’s bonus.

• Regarding the special pin badge, those eligible for the Start Up Campaign 2023 are not eligible for the Rank Up Campaign 2024, so they will not receive duplicate pin badges. Only once in either campaign.

• If there is a violation of laws and membership regulations, bonuses will not be awarded even if the conditions are met. In addition, if an illegal situation is found after the special bonus has been awarded, the bonus amount will be deducted from the next bonus accumulation.
