Following our announcement on June 13th regarding Thanks Pay PV setting functions on BackOffice, this is just a reminder that the 5th of this month is the deadline to set Thanks Pay carryover so that you can receive and use Thanks Pay for your business activities around the 25th of this month.

Please go to Backoffice and set Thanks Pay carryover as soon as possible.

(Changes after the 5th will be applied for the next month.)

Moreover, kindly be informed that NFR members can purchase products using Thanks Pay PV at the exchange rate of 1 JPY=1 Thanks Pay PV.

Thank you for continuously promoting Thanks AI’s products and supporting our activities.

Following our announcement on July 7th, this is just a reminder that since the new payment system for NFR members – Thanks Pay has been launched on June 13th, 2022, we are planning to stop accepting requests to transfer commissions to other members from NFR members in the near future.

With Thanks Pay, NFR members do not need to register a Payoneer card nor pay fee when asking us to transfer commissions to other members’ cards.

In order to receive the bonus with Thanks Pay PV, kindly set a suitable PV amount by the 5th of every month in the “Thanks Pay” menu of the Back Office. The appropriate bonus will be automatically transferred to Thanks Pay PV around the 25th of that month.

If NFR members would like to withdraw the commission, kindly cooperate with other NFR members who have a Payoneer card.

Kindly be informed that the system change for NFR prices has been completed.
From now until the end of this month, NFR members can purchase products at the following prices:

Initial purchase price: JPY 27,200 (12,000PV)
Repeat purchase price: JPY 17,000 (12,000PV)
3Mx1 purchase price: JPY 51,000
6Mx1 purchase price: JPY 102,000
12Mx1 purchase price: JPY 204,000

These new prices are based on July’s average exchange rate and the USD prices below which were used for NFR products in the past.

Initial purchase: USD 200 (12,000PV)
Repeat purchase: USD 125 (12,000PV)

Due to the sharp depreciation of the Japanese Yen, we have decided to change the JPY prices of NFR products on a monthly basis from June 1, 2022 onwards.

Please be informed that in August, NFR prices will be adjusted based on July’s average exchange rate.

System change time: between 15:00 JST and 18:00 JST on August 1, 2022

We would like NFR members to refrain from registering and ordering between 15:00 JST and 18:00 JST on August 1 due to this system change. New NFR prices will be officially announced after the system change time.

In case the exchange rate remains similar to that of the previous month, the price change may not be carried out.

The new iOS version is now available for download in the App Store, please update your Thanks AI app to the newest version.

From now, members can transfer PVs, receive PVs among NFR members, register membership, purchase Thanks AI products and more with just Thanks Pay on your smartphone.

We sincerely apologize to announce that we have not received the approval from Apple for Thanks Pay in the Thanks AI application.
The main reason for this is because Apple changed its policy just before the scheduled date of the Thanks AI application upgrade.

Although our system engineers have been making every possible effort to handle this issue, the iOS app implementation cannot be released in time.

Currently, we are planning to prepare other options in order to allow members to receive PV without Thanks AI app.
It may take some time but as soon as there are any improvements, we will continue to update you with details later.

The Android version of the Thanks AI app has already been upgraded and can be used to transfer and receive Thanks Pay PV.

Kindly accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and we would like to ask for your patience.

We are pleased to inform you that everything related to the new payment system – Thanks Pay (except iOS version Thanks AI App) will be released at around 11:00 AM (Japan time) on July 20th, 2022.

There was a slight delay in receiving approval from Apple for Thanks Pay in the Thanks AI application, so the iOS version may take some more time to release.
However, kindly be mindful that our system engineers are working around the clock to ensure the earliest implementation possible.

As soon as we get the approval, we will release the upgraded version of our iOS version app which allows members to read Thanks Pay QR codes.
