Regulation changes (effective October 1st, 2018)

Thank you for continuously promoting Thanks AI’s products and supporting our activities.

Thanks Ai always tries to keep our products’ prices and fees stable in order to provide our valued Members with the best service. However, due to changes in the cost of material and production, we have to make some changes as follows:

  • From October 1st 2018, the price of NFR product is USD125 for repeat purchase; Shipping fee is basically USD13 and may vary depending on the shipping destination.
  • From October 1st 2018, benefit of 6-month consecutive purchase will be canceled. Therefore, this rule will not apply for members who register from October onwards. Members who purchase product before October is still the target of the rule.                                                                      For example:
    First month of purchase 6 consecutive months of purchase Month for receiving present
    7/2018 7/2018 – 12/2018 1/2019
    8/2018 8/2018 – 1/2019 2/2019

Product return and Rank degradation

Thank you for continuously promoting Thanks AI’s products and supporting our activities.

So far, whenever there is any returned product which has influence on the total sales of an organization, members’ rank will be adjusted if necessary.

Therefore, sometimes even a box returned can degrade the rank of a member.

After careful consideration, we are pleased to announce some changes in the product return regulation as follows:

The rank of a month which has already been gained may be degraded due to returning product.

However, product return can be made without degrading the rank of the relevant members if the total return quantity (PV) lies within the following limit:

  • Silver: 24,000PV (2 boxes)
  • Triple Silver: 36,000 (3 boxes)
  • Six Silver: 60,000 (5 boxes)
  • Gold: 84,000 (7 boxes)
  • Triple Gold: 144,000 (12 boxes)
  • Six Gold: 240,000 (20 boxes)
  • Diamond: 360,000 (30 boxes)
  • Triple Diamond: 720,000 (60 boxes)

This regulation is applied for all members from the September bonus calculation which means product returns within three months before September (June, July, August) are also affected.

New Regulation on Charge back

There are some cases that the payment is not allowed to be settled, usually because the card holder requests their card company to do so. Therefore, payment cannot be received for the product(s) ordered and already delivered to members.

In such a case, we will contact the member as well as his or her sponsor to solve the case.
However, if the member and / or sponsor cannot be contacted by us, which results in the charge back being unsolved, the membership of the member will be cancelled.
Hence, the member will lose all membership rights, including purchasing products and receiving bonus.

Application Conditions of Money Track and MasterCard Prepaid Card

Currently, Payoneer and Prepaid card issuers have specific List of sanctioned countries for card application.

Regarding Payoneer, members from the following 11 countries cannot apply for Money Track debit card:

Regarding MasterCard Prepaid Card, its payment service is not provided to the countries sanctioned by the UN.
