Application Conditions of Money Track and MasterCard Prepaid Card

 

Dear our valued Members,
Currently, Payoneer and Prepaid card issuers have specific List of sanctioned countries for card application.

Regarding Payoneer, members from the following 11 countries cannot apply for Money Track debit card:
• Canada
• China
• Cuba
• India
• Iran
• Iraq
• South and North Korea
• Myanmar
• Sudan
• Syria

Regarding MasterCard Prepaid Card, its payment service is not provided to the countries sanctioned by the UN.

Therefore, among the 11 countries aforementioned:
– Members from Canada, China and South Korea, please apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran and Iraq cannot apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan and Syria can apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card but may have some difficulties being accepted depending on the financial background.

2020 Global Convention’s Compensation and Ticket Refund

It is such disappoiting news that we have to cancel the 2020 Global Convention.

Regarding ticket refund and the alternative to the incentive tour, please refer to the below procedure:

[1] For members who get free event ticket, 1 box of JoeGenEx will be given instead.

[2] For members who purchased the tickets yourselves, you can choose to receive ticket price refund or receive one box of JoeGenEx. In order to get refund, members must have a Payoneer card.

[3] For members who achieve support tour participation fee, 25% of the support fee equals to 1 box of favourite product (members who receive 100% support fee will receive 4 boxes of favourite product).

[4] For members who are eligible for the Incentive tour campaign and Startup campaign, we will give compensation for hotel and flight cancellation fees, so please submit a document that can confirm the cancellation fee.

To claim your compensation, please send your request which clearly specify your decision on the above [1] ~ [4] (if any) via email to nfr@thanksai.jp.

2020 Global Convention Cancellation

 

 

To all valued Members who plan to attend the 2020 Global Convention

Thank you so much for your ongoing support in Thanks AI activities.

It is very disappointing news that the Global Convention which is scheduled on March 4th & 5th in Japan has been cancelled. Instead, I have decided to hold an Award Event as a local event in the countries that have achievers of Triple Diamond or higher.

As you know, it is unlikely that the current situation when the Corona virus is spreading worldwide and causing server damages will end by March 4th. And if by any chance, an infected person participates in the event, how many more people will be infected after spending 2 days in the same room. Therefore, as the organizer of the event that attracts many people from around the world, I have decided to cancel it.

Even though as we use Thanks AI products every day, we are very confident in our immunity system, but the risk is not 0% since we might not show any symptom when being infected. After returning to your home country from the Convention, there might be a concern of transmitting the disease to disease-prone family members or the elderly.

I think it’s more likely that nothing will happen even if we continue to organize the Convention. However, in the unlikely event, if the Convention becomes a trigger to a life-threatening situation, it will be an irreparable loss. I have changed my mind and focus on the Award Event held in each country.

Regarding ticket refund, an alternative to incentive tour and each country award event, please wait for the announcement from each country.

I’m truly sorry that the Convention you have been looking forward to has to be cancelled, but as long as you have good health, we can start over as much as we want. Therefore, first of all, please use Thanks AI products and pay extreme attention so that you and your family will not be infected with Corona virus.

Registration procedure
・People who have registered their own Thanks AI business membership can register a partner.
・Members need to submit an application form provided by Thanks AI and a copy of ID
(Please download the Partner Registration Form from http://nfr.thanksai-global.net/references/589 or the Download function of Back Office).
・The spouse registering as a partner must also comply with the membership requirements and be approved by Thanks AI.

Partner’s benefits
After completing the registration procedure, partners will receive the following benefits:
・Support the business activities of the main contractor.
・Use Member Page (Back Office) for business activities of the main contractor (placing orders, checking organization, etc.).
・Contact Thanks AI’s customer services about inquiries of main contractor’s business information.
・Receive a commendation at the same time at Thanks AI Convention and Events.
・Purchase a pin badge which is of the same rank as the main contractor.

Notes
・Only spouses are eligible for partner registration; other family members are not eligible.
・Partner registration can only be accepted offline.
・Only main contractor can receive various offers, such as campaign awards and pin badge that are given when a rank is achieved.
・Credit card used for product order, delivery address and other necessary documents must be in the name of the main contractor.
・The role of main contractor and partner cannot be exchanged.
・If both spouses are members, the member that becomes partner will be withdrawn.
・Partner can re-register immediately upon divorce, but the previous position cannot be used.
・In case a member has multiple spouses, he/she can register multiple partners.

Start-up Campaign 2020

 

Dear our valued Members,

In order to acknowledge the contribution and promote the business of our valued Members, we are pleased to announce the Start-Up Campaign will be extended by the end of 2020.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD: from January 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020

 Target:
– Business members who registered from January 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020 can achieve rank special bonus promotion if meeting the campaign conditions.

Campaign conditions: for members who register within the CAMPAIGN PERIOD
(January 1st 2020 – December 31st 2020)

Along with this Start-Up Campaign 2020, the Start-Up Campaign 2019 is still valid. If you register before January 1st, 2020, you can still earn benefits by meeting the conditions within the deadline.

Conditions: for members who register before January 01st, 2020

Note:

  • All conditions and benefits of Start-up Campaign 2019 remain valid after the launch of Start-up Campaign 2020. Members who register by December 31st 2019 are still eligible for 1.5 times of sponsor bonus until January 30th
  • The Start-up Campaign 2020 does not include the benefit of 1.5-time higher sponsor bonus. All rank-related special bonuses can be earned when reaching ranks by the deadlines specified in the Campaign due date quick reference chart.
  • In case a member fulfills campaign conditions in the registration month, he/she can receive campaign bonus. If member jumps over the ranks, he/she will receive combined campaign bonuses if meeting all the conditions required for each eligible rank.
  • There is a time limit for each campaign incentive achievement condition, and it is necessary to meet the conditions within such time limit. For example, if a member reaches Silver or higher rank by the deadline, he/she can receive corresponding special bonus. If member does not fulfill the conditions within the prescribed deadline, he/she cannot gain any special bonus.
  • Start-up campaign bonus is paid together with other types of bonus in the month after the month that campaign bonus accrues.
  • Start-up campaign bonus is only achievable for members who get a new rank for the first time. Members getting a rank for the second time onwards (got the rank in the past but lost it and then reach such rank for the second time) are not targets of the Start-up campaign.
  • For members who meet the Gold rank incentive condition, a travel incentive of USD1,800 will be awarded. An application has to be submitted in order to earn the bonus. Application procedure will be guided later. Members can make good use of this bonus amount to cover their own travel expense and accommodation. Please be noted that only those who attend the incentive tour is eligible for the travel bonus.
  • Travel bonus may differ depending on the year of the trip. Specific detail will be informed later.
  • Conditions for special pin badge: introducing 6 people or more, member can get 01 pin badge as present. Only 01 pin badge can be awarded to each member fulfilling the prescribed conditions, no matter how many people he/she introduces (even 12 people, 18 people, etc).
  • Members who reach the total referrals of 6 people or more within the campaign period of Start-up Campaign 2019 and Start-up Campaign 2020 (January 1st 2019 – December 31st 2020) can receive special pin badge. After he/she is confirmed to reach the total referrals of 6 people or more, he/she can automatically receive the special pin badge.
  • Members who reach the total referrals of 6 people or more before January 1st 2019 can receive special pin badge after submitting the Special pin badge application to NFR customer service via email: nfr@thanksai.jp. Please download the Special pin badge application from “Downloads” function on your Fastrack.
  • If there is a violation of laws and membership regulations, bonuses will not be awarded even if the conditions are met. In addition, if an illegal situation is found after special bonus has been awarded, it will be deducted from the next time of bonus accruing.

“Plus 1 to All” Campaign – Order Early!

Improvement on Back Office Connection Speed

Thank you for your continued support of Thanks AI products and your cooperation in promoting Thanks AI activities.

As we announced the other day, currently, members around the world are taking advantage of the December campaign, and there have been days we have over 900 new registrations, not to mention repeat and additional purchases.

As a result, access to Back office has increased sharply and the speed to display screen become slow down. We apologize again for such inconvenience.

In order for all members to use the website a little more comfortably, we have decided to optimize the system to improve speed by taking the following measure.

Content to improve connection speed

Implementation time: December 24, 2019 at 9:30 JST

<At present> Immediately after new registration, Binary map is updated in real time.

<After change> After new registration, Binary map is updated in a 5-minute cycle.

* In the past, real-time organization construction was performed at the same time as registration. However, after this system change, registration processing in the system and organization construction processing are separated so that registration can be done smoothly.

* Reflection on the map does not always take 5 minutes, but it takes up to 5 minutes because the organization is built once every 5 minutes.

* In case of online registration, new members can be registered after they are reflected in the Binary map.

* For system maintenance twice a day, a maintenance time of 30 minutes is required.

* If it takes too long, there may be a problem with the connection, such as Wi-Fi or processing capacity of PC or smartphone.
