This Global Award Event is a good opportunity for Thanks AI to express our gratitude to the contribution of Members during the past year. Below is the detailed information about the Award Ceremony.

For participant of the event, please kindly read through all of the information.

I. Notes on the Event
1. Event Overview
Date: March 2nd, 2019 (Saturday)
Award Ceremony: 12:00～15:00 (Opening time: 11:30)
Party: 18:00～20:00 (Opening time: 17:30)
Venue: Stage 33, Universal Studios Japan, Osaka, Japan (USJ).
The opening hours of USJ on the event day is from 8:30 to 20:00.
There will be time for souvenir purchase after the party.

2. Event Ticket Delivery
In order to prevent loss or missing, tickets will be handed over to participants on the event day (March 2^nd).

• Delivery time: 7:30～13:00 on March 2^nd (Saturday)
• Identity verification: Passport or ID card or other types of identity document (showing name), Registration ID and Name
• Tickets to be handed over:

* Please be noted that if a ticket is lost, it is required to purchase the ticket again. Please keep the tickets carefully after receiving.

3. Request on event venue entrance
Please wear the event venue special pass on your neck.
Please show us the special pass when entering the event hall and attending the party.

4. Seat at the Award ceremony and Party

• The award ceremony is in theater form and the Party is standing style.
• Seats are designated, and a seat number card is delivered to each member together with tickets. Please don’t lose your seat number card.

5. Flowers to award winners
There is a possibility that you cannot enter the park if you bring large-size luggage (baggage, cardboard, flowers etc.).
As for flowers given to award winners, instead of collecting and bringing them in as a whole, please distribute to different members in a group to bring in the park.

6. Dressing room, time and place
Since there is no dressing room in USJ as well as at the event venue Studio 33, a changing room will be prepared next to the Ticket distribution place (Dream Hall, Hotel Keihan Universal Tower – ホテル京阪ユニバーサルタワー ドリームホール), which is available from 10:00 – 21:00. Please use it for changing clothes before and after the award ceremony. In addition, the party begins 3 hours after the end of the award ceremony. During such period, you can visit the attractions in the park and come back to the venue for the party later.

Please refer to the below Guidance on Re-entry.
In order to let our Members to enjoy the visit to Universal Studios Japan, we offer 3 hours of free time from the end of the Award ceremony to the beginning of the party. During the time, USJ give permission especially to Thanks AI’s Members so that those getting out can re-enter.

The method of re-entry is as follows:
(1) Bring with you the USJ entry ticket and go to the exit gate (next to the entrance gate).
Please be noted that you cannot re-enter without the entry ticket.
(2) When passing through the exit gate, please show the entrance ticket to the clerk who will stamp on the back of your hand.
(3) Please keep the stamp, even when changing clothes.
(4) When coming back to the entrance, please come to the entry gate and scan the USJ entry ticket’s QR code on the machine (the same entrance method as usual).
(5) Since you have already entered one time, an error message will be displayed on the machine.
(6) When staff come for help, please show the stamp on your hand.
If you lose the entry ticket after leaving the exit gate, you cannot re-enter even when you show the stamp on your hand. Please keep your entry ticket carefully.

7. Carry-on baggage in the park
There is no place where baggage can be stored in the Studio 33 of the event venue.
Please use the coin locker in the park to keep your baggage.

8. Clothing at the Event
Clothing in the Award Ceremony should be suitable for commendation. However, since it is held at the theme park of Japan, those who would like to enjoy attractions and the like, please use the dressing room for clothes change.

II. Award Ceremony
1. Awarded Period
March 1^st, 2018 ~ December 31^st, 2018

2. Target Awardee
Those who achieved new Triple Silver or higher during the period.

3. Commendation method

Award of Silver ranks (NEW Triple Silver and NEW Six Silver)

Those who achieved NEW Triple Silver and NEW Six Silver will stand at the seat for commendation. When your awarded rank is called by the host, please stand up on the spot.

Those who achieved NEW Gold or higher will go on stage. Please gather at the designated place by the time specified in the table above.
※ The timings may be different a little bit depending on the progress of the Event.
Moreover, the number of people to go on stage has been decided.
In the Award Ceremony, please follow the instruction on the timings from our staff.

NEW Gold Award
Gathering time:  12: 25 (Before recognition of Silver ranks)
Gathering place: On the Right of the Stage (from audience)

【Commendation method】
① Please be present at the gathering place by the gathering time.
② When it is time for NEW Gold Commendation, there will be a signal from the host.
Because there is a limit of number of people going on stage, staff will inform you of the timing to go on stage.
③ Please follow the instruction of staff and go on the right of the stage. Please move to the center of the stage, shake hand and high five with Mr. Fujiwara. After that, please get down from the center stairs.

Be careful of steep stairs!

NEW Triple Gold
Gathering time: around 12:30 (Before recognition of Gold rank)
Gathering place: On the Right of the Stage (from audience)
【Commendation method】
① Please be present at the gathering place by the gathering time.
② When it is time for NEW Triple Gold Commendation, there will be a signal from the host.
Because there is a limit of number of people going on stage, staff will inform you of the timing to go on stage.
③ Please move to the center of the stage, shake hand and high five with Mr. Fujiwara, then stand in line on stage.
④ The host will have a brief interview, then the awardee will get down from the center stairs when receiving signal from the host.

Target:
Business members who registered from January 1^st 2018 to December 31^st 2019 can achieve rank special bonus promotion if meeting the campaign conditions.

Campaign conditions: for members who register within the CAMPAIGN PERIOD

In order to pay tribute to our valued Members who registered before the CAMPAIGN PERIOD, extended conditions will be applied to the campaign as follows:
Extended conditions: for members who register before January 01^st, 2019

Note:

• The timing meeting the incentive conditions must be within the campaign period (January 1^st 2019 – December 31^st 2019).
• The deadline for Sponsor bonus of Start-up campaign is calculated based on the registration completion date of those who get introduced. Although persons introduced by you submit the membership application within 30 days, you are not eligible for 1.5 time higher sponsor bonus if the application is incomplete within this time period (due to document delivery by post or any other reasons).
• In case a member fulfill campaign conditions in the registration date or month, he/she can receive campaign bonus during the Campaign Period. If member jumps over the ranks, he/she will receive combined campaign bonuses if meeting all the conditions required for each eligible rank.
• There is a time limit for each campaign incentive achievement condition, and it is necessary to meet the conditions within such time limit. For example, if a member registers in November 2018, the deadline for campaign sponsor bonus has passed. However, if the member reaches Silver or higher rank within the Campaign Period, he/she can receive corresponding special bonus. If member does not fulfill the conditions within the prescribed campaign period, he/she cannot gain any special bonus.
• Start-up campaign bonus is paid together with other types of bonus in the month after the month that campaign bonus accrues.
• Start-up campaign bonus is only achievable for members who get a new rank for the first time. Members getting a rank for the second time onwards (got the rank in the past but lost it and then reach such rank for the second time) are not targets of the start-up campaign.
• Travel bonus incentive is USD1,800. Members can make good use of this amount to cover their own travel expense and accommodation. Please be noted that only those who attend the incentive tour is eligible for the travel bonus.
• Conditions for special pin badge: introducing 6 people or more, member can get 01 pin badge as present. Only 01 pin badge can be awarded to each member fulfilling the prescribed conditions, no matter how many people he/she introduces (even 12 people, 18 people, etc).
• Members who reach the total referrals of 6 people or more within the campaign period (January 1^st 2019 – December 31^st 2019) can receive special pin badge. After he/she is confirmed to reach the total referrals of 6 people or more, he/she can automatically receive the special pin badge.
• Members who reach the total referrals of 6 people or more before the campaign period can receive special pin badge after submitting the Special pin badge application to NFR customer service via email: nfr@thanksai.jp. Please download the Special pin badge request from “Downloads” function on your Fastrack.
• If there is a violation of laws and membership regulations, bonuses will not be awarded even if the conditions are met. In addition, if an illegal situation is found after special bonus has been awarded, it will be deducted from the next time of bonus accruing.

• For achieving Special Pin Badge, please fulfill the Special Pin Badge Request.

Regarding Payoneer, members from the following 11 countries cannot apply for Money Track debit card:
• Canada
• China
• Cuba
• India
• Iran
• Iraq
• South and North Korea
• Myanmar
• Sudan
• Syria

Regarding MasterCard Prepaid Card, its payment service is not provided to the countries sanctioned by the UN.

Therefore, among the 11 countries aforementioned:
– Members from Canada, China and South Korea, please apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran and Iraq cannot apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan and Syria can apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card but may have some difficulties being accepted depending on the financial background.

Therefore, Thanks AI has revised some regulations and imposed severe punishment on violators.
Thanks AI strictly prohibits such violations as follows:
≪ Solicitation ≫
Negotiate and persuade the members who are currently in an organization of Thanks AI to join other organization.
≪ Cross recruitment ≫
Cross recruitment violators include (1) those having terminated, cancelled or stopped the membership contract with Thanks AI for a certain period of time but, for any reason, still take advantage of Thanks AI’s name to promote services, products, business activities and marketing programs of a third party, (2) those making acquaintance through mutual participation in Thanks Ai’s activities, (3) and/or any Thanks Ai members, who commit the following acts:
1. Solicit and introduce other members to other companies of the same industry, or encourage terminating Thanks Ai’ activities.
2. Introduce, solicit and mediate investment-related businesses.

In case of violating these prohibited acts or being judged by Thanks Ai to have violated these prohibited acts, bonus payment will be suspended and/ or bonus received during the violation period will be required for refund.

Content: Members are eligible for the coverage of an Incentive Tour to Osaka, Japan to join our Tribute Ceremony if meeting the eligibility conditions as follows:

Incentive Reception Conditions: Members can receive the campaign Incentive bonus if meeting the following conditions

1. Attend the Tribute Ceremony held on March 2^nd 2019.
2. Submit the Incentive Tour Application Form within the period of January 15^th 2019 – February 14^th 2019, attached with proof of your travel reservation.
3. Members have to register at the reception desk when joining the Tribute Ceremony. If members fail to register, Incentive bonus has to be refunded or deducted from members’ monthly bonus.

• The coverage of the Incentive Tour is paid in money. Half of the amount is paid before the Tribute Ceremony when all of the Incentive Reception Conditions are confirmed to be valid. The other half is paid after the Tribute Ceremony together with regular bonus.
• The total amount of the award is regarded as the personal income of the award winner and must be declared in accordance with the tax law.
• Invitations are offered and issued based on the eligibility conditions and the information specified in the Incentive Tour Application Form by members. The ones who get invited by members can be people other than Thanks AI members (spouse, children, etc.).
