Along with the Global Convention 2019 in Taiwan, there are some global regulation adjustments as follows:

[Business Account Management Fee]
From September 2019 (from October commission payment onwards)
Along with the increase in the number of members, a considerable amount of money is needed for system maintenance and security measures, etc. Therefore, an equivalent worth of 500 PV will be deducted from the bonus at the time of commission transfer as a Business Account Management Fee.

※ For the countries which have been charging Transfer Fee so far, it will be changed into this Business Account Management Fee instead.

※ Transfer is made when monthly bonus reaches 3,000 PV equivalent or more. Business Account Management Fee will not be charged when commission is less than 3,000 PV equivalent. This fee is charged only in the month when the total amount reaches 3,000 PV equivalent or more and the bonus transfer is made.

※ For countries applying weekly payment and spot payment, 500PV equivalent will be deducted from the monthly commission transfer on the 25th. No fee deduction is made at the time of weekly payment and spot payment.

※ In countries applying weekly payment and spot payment, in addition to the equivalent of 500 PV, a bonus payment service fee equivalent to 100 PV is charged each time of weekly payment or spot payment.

[Global Calculation Fee]
From September 2019 (from October commission payment onwards)
Since revenues made outside of members’ registered countries must be transferred back, a Global Calculation Fee will be applied and calculated for each member based on the percentage of overseas sales figure in one’s own binary organization. The Global Calculation Fee is equal to 10% of such percentage over total commission of the member.

For a certain member, the calculation will be as follows:
Consider the percentage of overseas sales figure in one’s own binary organization as A%

=> Global Calculation Fee = 10% × [A% × (total commission)]

For example:
In the organization of member X in October 2019, total sales volume is 1,000,000 PV.
Overseas sales of his organization is 50,000 PV, which accounts for 5% of his organization’s total sales volume.
His October commission is 200,000 PV.

=> Global calculation fee = 10% × [5% × 200,000PV] = 1,000 PV

※ If there is a fraction, it will be rounded off.
※ NFR is considered as one registered country.

[Regarding the purchase of bonus-eligible products outside the registered country]
From October 1, 2019
So far, when members purchase bonus-eligible products in countries other than their registered country, there exists a problem of fund transfer, which results from the difference between product purchase country and bonus payment country. Therefore, from October 1st, 2019, product purchase should be made only in your own registered country.

[Administrative handling fee in case of country change]
From October 1, 2019
For conducting a country change, 3,000PV equivalent will be charged uniformly as an Administrative handling fee.

In addition, within 6 months after a country change, members cannot have their country changed again unless they have rational reason like moving to a new residence address, etc.

[Membership transfer fee]
From October 1, 2019
For conducting a membership transfer to spouse, 3,000PV equivalent will be charged uniformly as a handling fee.
For conducting a membership transfer in case of a member’s death, 3,000PV equivalent will be charged uniformly as a handling fee.

Period: June 1 – July 31, 2019
Target: NFR members
During the period, if the following ranks (paid title) are achieved, a support bonus for traveling to Taiwan will be awarded according to the times of achievement. Depending on the achievement rank, travel companions will also receive support expense coverage.

※ If there is no companion, the benefit for one person will be awarded.
※Winners of the Incentive campaign can get maximum 2 free invitations.
For additional demand, Convention ticket can be purchased at USD 15.

[Note]

• To receive support bonus, you need to attend the Global Convention 2019 in Taiwan.Please be noted that the support bonus cannot be paid to members if their participation in the      event is not confirmed, even if all campaign conditions are met.

• Half of the support bonus is paid before the Convention when all of the Campaign Conditions are confirmed to be valid. The other half is paid on October 25^th, after members’ participation in the convention is confirmed.
• Attendance to the Convention is required. If no attendance is confirmed, Incentive bonus has to be refunded or deducted from members’ monthly bonus.
• In order to receive companion’s benefit, companion must also attend the convention. Companions can be people other than Thanks AI members, such as family members and friends etc.
• Advance application to Convention is required. The application period lasts from August 1^st to August 31^st. Please make sure to send application within this period in order to reserve the right to attend the Convention. Application method will be informed later.
• The campaign achievement rank is the paid title gained in June and July, regardless of the first or second time of achievement.
• When the ranks achieved in June and July are different, the higher rank is considered as the achievement rank. For example, if member achieves Gold in June and Six Gold in July, the achivement rank will be one Six Gold rank, not two Gold ranks.

• Special incentive for achieving new Gold or higher in Start-up campaign and the overseas invitation are treated separately from this campaign. If you are eligible for a Start-up campaign incentive and have achieved the new Gold Rank during this Taiwan Global Convention Campaign period, you will be able to earn the benefits of both campaigns.
• The general participation fee of the convention is different in each country. Please refer to the information announced by each country.
• Attendance right is not transferable.
• In countries where visa is required, visa procedures and expense must be self-handled by members.
• If any problems or violation of laws and regulations are discovered, member cannot earn campaign bonus even if the conditions are fulfilled. In addition, if a problem or violation is discovered after the campaign bonus is awarded, it will be deducted from member’s bonus at the next time of occurrence.

Currently, Payoneer and Prepaid card issuers have specific List of sanctioned countries for card application.

Regarding Payoneer, members from the following 11 countries cannot apply for Money Track debit card:
• Canada
• China
• Cuba
• India
• Iran
• Iraq
• South and North Korea
• Myanmar
• Sudan
• Syria

Regarding MasterCard Prepaid Card, its payment service is not provided to the countries sanctioned by the UN.

Therefore, among the 11 countries aforementioned:
– Members from Canada, China and South Korea, please apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran and Iraq cannot apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan and Syria can apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card but may have some difficulties being accepted depending on the financial background.

Just less than one month to go until the Opening of Thanks Ai Cambodia Office on May 02nd 2019.
In order to prepare for the Opening, please be well noted that:
1. Thanks Ai Cambodia will officially open on May 02nd, 2019.
Products purchased from May 02nd onwards are counted as Cambodian orders. Products purchased from May 01st backwards are counted as NFR orders.
For Cambodian members, please don’t register nor place any order on the first of May.

2. After the Opening, all NFR Users living in Cambodia will be changed into Cambodia-registered Business members.
Within 2 months (May and June), if these members purchase product and submit sufficient documents, their business member status will remain unchanged. Otherwise, they will be changed back into Users.

3. Cambodia members can receive commission payment via bank account or Money Track (Payoneer).
For members who register bank account as the commission reception method, please log in your Fastrack account and set the “Payment rate settings” (Bank account : Payoneer) in “MONEY TRACK debit card”. Otherwise, there may be error in your payment ratio and affect your commission reception.

After the award ceremony, attendees had free time for entertainment activities in the theme park, and then enjoyed the party together.

In addition to the Luxury Buffet, attendees enjoyed a unique performation show of the Japan’s leading theme park.

During the party, leaders received congratulations from everyone.

And the party ended with the wishes of wealth and prosperity.
