Can I get the commission at my bank account?

Currently, Thanks Ai Money Track is mainly used to get commission for NFR orders.
Thanks AI Money Track is the debit card that will enable to pay commission for 122 countries all over the world and you can withdraw by the local currency. You can also use at over 30 million Master Card affiliated shops (https://www.payoneer.com). For members from some countries that cannot apply for MONEY TRACK, please check the latest information about this on NFR Website.

Besides, NFR members can also choose to receive the bonus with Thanks Pay PV. With Thanks Pay, members can transfer PVs, receive PVs among NFR members, register membership, purchase Thanks AI products and more. Kindly refer to the below manual for more details.

Is there any payment method besides credit card?

How the PV rate is calculated?

Current PV rate is １PV＝JPY 1. It will fluctuate according to the exchange rate. Please refer to the NFR Policy in the registration page of the NFR website.

Can I return the products?

Returning, refund and exchanging of the ordered products do not apply to NFR member.
If the received product does not match the product description or there is a defect/ damage in the product, please follow the procedure below:
– Notify Thanks AI within 30 days of receipt
– Send the product to Thanks AI’s warehouse (specified by Thanks AI at the time of receiving exchange request).
– Thanks AI shall confirm the returned product and send out a replacement product as soon as possible.
– All shipping costs will be borne by Thanks AI provided that the above procedure is complied with. Otherwise product cannot be exchanged.
*In case that the products cannot be received for some reasons and be returned to our Japan office, we can resend the products by charging JPY1,300 for the transaction fee and shipping fee to your credit card.
Please contact NFR customer service (nfr@thanksai.jp) first before sending back the products.

Can I order NFR products over phone or FAX?

You can order NFR products after your membership registration from membership page (Back office). Only Web order is accepted and you cannot order by phone and Fax for NFR products.

How can I calculate the customs

Customs and consumption tax is stipulated by each country. The customs rate is different for each country but the rough standard is from 0% to 30%. Please refer to your nearest Customs Bureau for more details.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping costs are different according to the weight and the countries that are shipped to. The rough standard is from JPY 1,900 to JPY 3,600.

Will there any charges besides shipping cost?

Customs and consumption tax might be charged when receiving the products and the custom rate and consumption tax rate are set by each countries. Please ask the delivery staff or refer to your nearest Custom Bureau for the questions about tax.
