Dear Valued Members,

We were informed that the commission transfers to all Payoneer cards were not successful due to possible technical error.

Although we made every possible effort to conduct these transfers including making transactions manually one by one, the commission transfer was not successful.

At the same time, we asked Payoneer to figure out the cause of this problem and at around 18:00 PM Japan time, the problem was solved and the tranfers were successfully made.

We deeply regret this incident and we will try out best to avoid any of these kinds of problems in the future.

In order to acknowledge the contribution and promote the business of our valued members, we are pleased to announce the Start-Up Campaign will be continued this year 2021 with a slightly modification.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD: from January 1^st,2021 to December 31^st,2021

 Target:

• In case a member fulfills the campaign conditions in the registration month, he/she can receive campaign bonus. If the member is also eligible for rank bonus, he/she will receive the combined bonus.
• There is a time limit for each campaign incentive achievement condition, so it is important to meet the conditions within such time limit. For example, if a member achieves Silver or higher rank by the deadline, he/she can receive corresponding special bonus. However, if the member does not fulfill the conditions within the prescribed deadline, he/she will not be eligible for any special bonus.
• Start-up campaign bonus is paid together with other types of bonus in the month after the month that campaign bonus accrues.

• Conditions for special pin badge: introducing 6 people or more, a member can get 01 pin badge as present. Only 01 pin badge can be awarded to each member fulfilling the prescribed conditions, no matter how many people he/she introduces (even 12 people, 18 people, etc).
• Members who reach the total referrals of 6 people or more within the campaign period of Start-up Campaign 2019,2020 and 2021 (January 1^st ,2019 – December 31^st ,2021) can receive special pin badge. After he/she is confirmed to reach the total referrals of 6 people or more, he/she can automatically receive the special pin badge.
• If there is a violation of laws and membership regulations, bonuses will not be awarded even if the conditions are met. In addition, if an illegal situation is found after special bonus has been awarded, it will be deducted from the next time of bonus accruing.
