Change in Payoneer card shipping method

Emergency measures to improve shipping situation

We are pleasantly surprised that even though Covid-19 pandemic is negatively affecting the world economy, we have been receiving so many orders thanks to the efforts of our valued members.

Recently, however, EMS service has been severely delayed or even refused at many destination countries due to this pandemic.

In order to solve this problem, Thanks AI has decided to temporarily switch from EMS to FedEx’s delivery service.

There is a huge shipping fee increase involved in this move, but we have decided not to raise NFR shipping fees and Thanks AI will make up the differences as a special treatment for all NFR members.

As soon as the situation in global logistics stabilizes, we will switch from FedEx to EMS again.

Please be assured to place your orders as usual. Thanks AI is making our utmost effort in getting our products to your home.

However, though FedEx is of better guaranty, please be noted that some delay is still expected.

For those products which have already been shipped out by EMS, we are trying our best to facilitate the exportation process in cooperation with Japan Post, but there are so many EMS packages waiting to be exported at Japan Post and we may have to ask for your patience for some more time.

Temporary suspension of international mail delivery to the United States

 

Dear our valued Members,

We have just been informed of the significant delay in the delivery of international mails to the United States due to flight reduction and suspension resulting from the global spread of new coronavirus infections.

Although having made every possible effort to cooperate with airlines and the US Postal Service in order to ship mails promptly, due to the drastic reduction and suspension of flights, the shipping capacity of Japan Post has decreased significantly.

Therefore, from April 24 (Friday) onwards, EMS international mail to the United States will temporarily be stopped.

The EMS items that have been collected by EMS so far will be shipped sequentially. However, it may take up to 4 months to ship the items with the current shipping volume.

Besides the USA, there are some other countries that EMS has temporarily stopped providing service.
