MRT: Take the MRT Tamsui-Xinyi Line and get off at Taipei 101 / World Trade Center Station Exit 1, walk 2-3 minutes from Exit 1.
Bus：Take the Bus No. 207, 797, Xinyi Main Line, Xinyi Shinkansen, Blue 5, Blue 5 Section, get off at Taipei 101 / World Trade Center Station (Xinyi).

Below are the general reception process, location, date and time at Global Convention 2019 in Taiwan.

＜About receiving entrance tickets＞
・Both Special campaign achievers and general ticket applicants must first receive an “Entrance ticket”.
・“Entrance ticket” reception location and time:
October 4 (Fri) 15:00 ~ 18:00 at Thanks AI Taiwan office (17-11F-7, ABC Building 1F, Chengde Road, Datong District, Taipei)
October 5 (Sat) From 10:00 at the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Taipei International Conference Center (TICC).
・When receiving, your name and registration ID number will be confirmed.
・If you receive on behalf of the group, name and registration ID number of that person (the applicant) will be confirmed. Please understand that if you didn’t get confirmation, you will not be able to receive the “Entrance ticket”.
・The “Entrance ticket” is required to redeem the participation pass and present on the day of the event. Please be sure to bring it with you.
・Please note that the ticket cannot be reissued in any case, such as lost or stolen.
