【Overview of Global Convention 2019 in Taiwan】

MRT: Take the MRT Tamsui-Xinyi Line and get off at Taipei 101 / World Trade Center Station Exit 1, walk 2-3 minutes from Exit 1.
Bus：Take the Bus No. 207, 797, Xinyi Main Line, Xinyi Shinkansen, Blue 5, Blue 5 Section, get off at Taipei 101 / World Trade Center Station (Xinyi).

【About the reception process and location】

Below are the general reception process, location, date and time at Global Convention 2019 in Taiwan.
Please check each item for more information.

＜About receiving entrance tickets＞
・Both Special campaign achievers and general ticket applicants must first receive an “Entrance ticket”.
・“Entrance ticket” reception location and time:
October 4 (Fri) 15:00 ~ 18:00 at Thanks AI Taiwan office (17-11F-7, ABC Building 1F, Chengde Road, Datong District, Taipei)
October 5 (Sat) From 10:00 at the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Taipei International Conference Center (TICC).
・When receiving, your name and registration ID number will be confirmed.
・If you receive on behalf of the group, name and registration ID number of that person (the applicant) will be confirmed. Please understand that if you didn’t get confirmation, you will not be able to receive the “Entrance ticket”.
・The “Entrance ticket” is required to redeem the participation pass and present on the day of the event. Please be sure to bring it with you.
・Please note that the ticket cannot be reissued in any case, such as lost or stolen.

＜About exchange of participation pass＞
・”Entrance ticket” is used to exchange for the participation pass, which is required to enter the venue.

*Same location as “Entrance ticket” reception.
・Along with participation pass, earphones used for simultaneous interpretation and devices used during the event will be given.

・If you want to exchange on behalf of the group, “Entrance tickets” of all the members are required. Please note that in case of forgotten, lost or stolen, it cannot be reissued.

We are pleased to announce the Global Award Event and Global Convention 2020 held in Tokyo, Japan on March 4th and 5th, 2020. Along with this Event, an Incentive Campaign is launched to honor our valued members who have had magnificent achievement.

Please refer to the content below for more details.

Campaign period: Plan A. January ～ December 2019
                        Plan B. October ～ November 2019
Campaign target: all NFR business members
Conditions:         Within the campaign period, members who meet specified rank conditions could have a chance to achieve the highest incentive bonus of free travel for 2 persons.
Time:                March 4^th Recognition Award Event  – March 5^th Global Convention
Incentive value:  USD 1,600/ person

Plan A. New achiever of Gold or higher

Members who register on or after January 1^st, 2019 and achieve Gold rank or higher within January ～ December 2019 could earn the following support bonus:

Plan B. Rank Maintainer

1. Members who registered before 2019 achieve the following conditions from October to November.
2. Members who registered after January 1, 2019 have not met Plan A, but met the following conditions from October to November 2019.

【Example】
Members who register on or after January 1, 2019:

1. If a member achieves Gold in a month within January ～ December 2019, and is eligible for Start Up Campaign bonus, Start Up Campaign will be applied.
2. If a member achieves Triple Gold or higher from January to September 2019, Plan A will be applied. The travel support bonus will be awarded, and the member will be invited to the 2020 Global Convention in Japan for free.
3. If a member does not achieve Gold in any month from January to December 2019, Plan B will be applied. Support bonus will vary depending on the achievement rank and number of achievements from October to November 2019.

Note:

1. Advance application to Convention is required. The application period lasts from December 20^th, 2019 to January 10th, 2020. Please make sure to send application within this period in order to reserve the right to attend the Convention. Application method will be informed later.
2. Attendance right is not transferable. In case of unavoidable, eligible members can transfer attendance right only to their immediate family members. Household registration copy is required as a proof, otherwise no eligibility transfer is allowed.
3. Attendance to the Convention is required. If no attendance is confirmed, Incentive bonus has to be refunded or deducted from members’ monthly bonus.
4. For members who win support bonus for more than one person (including rank achiever), the support bonus covers expenses for companion as well. In order to receive companion’s benefit, the companion must also attend the Convention.
5. Half of the support bonus is paid before the Convention when all of the Campaign Conditions are confirmed to be valid. The other half is paid on March 25th, after members’ participation in the convention is confirmed.
6. This support travel bonus must be declared as individual income in accordance with tax laws.
7. Support bonus covers flight ticket, hotel and event tickets. Other miscellaneous expenses and all personal expenses should be self-handled by members.
8. Plan A is applicable to those who are eligible for Incentive Campaign bonus of new Triple Gold or higher, and are awarded with overseas travel incentive. Member cannot earn the benefits of both Start-up Campaign and Incentive Campaign.

Currently, Payoneer and Prepaid card issuers have specific List of sanctioned countries for card application.

Regarding Payoneer, members from the following 11 countries cannot apply for Money Track debit card:
• Canada
• China
• Cuba
• India
• Iran
• Iraq
• South and North Korea
• Myanmar
• Sudan
• Syria

Regarding MasterCard Prepaid Card, its payment service is not provided to the countries sanctioned by the UN.

Therefore, among the 11 countries aforementioned:
– Members from Canada, China and South Korea, please apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Cuba, Iran and Iraq cannot apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card.
– Members from Myanmar, India, Sudan and Syria can apply for MasterCard Prepaid Card but may have some difficulties being accepted depending on the financial background.

The clock is ticking to the Global Convention 2019 in Taiwan.
Along with this big event of the year are some global changes applied from this October.
You can refer to the below content for detail.
* Please be noted that this is the latest version of global changes from October.

[Business Account Management Fee]
From September 2019 (from October commission payment onwards)
Along with the increase in the number of members, a considerable amount of money is needed for system maintenance and security measures, etc. Therefore, an equivalent worth of 500 PV will be deducted from the bonus at the time of commission transfer as a Business Account Management Fee.

※ For the countries which have been charging Transfer Fee so far, it will be changed into this Business Account Management Fee instead.

※ Transfer is made when monthly bonus reaches 2,500 PV equivalent or more. Business Account Management Fee will not be charged when commission is less than 2,500 PV equivalent. This fee is charged only in the month when the total amount reaches 2,500 PV equivalent or more and the bonus transfer is made.

※ For countries applying weekly payment and spot payment, 500PV equivalent will be deducted from the monthly commission transfer on the 25th. No fee deduction is made at the time of weekly payment and spot payment.

※ In countries applying weekly payment and spot payment, in addition to the equivalent of 500 PV, a bonus payment service fee equivalent to 100 PV is charged each time of weekly payment or spot payment.

[Global Calculation Fee]
From September 2019 (from October commission payment onwards)
Since revenues made outside of members’ registered countries must be transferred back, a Global Calculation Fee will be applied and calculated for each member based on the percentage of overseas sales figure in one’s own binary organization. The Global Calculation Fee is equal to 10% of such percentage over total commission of the member.

For a certain member, the calculation will be as follows:
Consider the percentage of overseas sales figure in one’s own binary organization as A%

=> Global Calculation Fee = 10% × [A% × (total commission)]

For example:
In the organization of member X in October 2019, total sales volume is 1,000,000 PV.
Overseas sales of his organization is 50,000 PV, which accounts for 5% of his organization’s total sales volume.
His October commission is 200,000 PV.

=> Global calculation fee = 10% × [5% × 200,000PV] = 1,000 PV

※ If there is a fraction, it will be rounded off.
※ NFR is considered as one registered country.

[Regarding the purchase of bonus-eligible products outside the registered country]
From October 1, 2019
So far, when members purchase bonus-eligible products in countries other than their registered country, there exists a problem of fund transfer, which results from the difference between product purchase country and bonus payment country. Therefore, from October 1st, 2019, product purchase should be made only in your own registered country.

[Administrative handling fee in case of country change]
From October 1, 2019
For conducting a country change, 3,000PV equivalent will be charged uniformly as an Administrative handling fee.

In addition, within 6 months after a country change, members cannot have their country changed again unless they have rational reason like moving to a new residence address, etc.

[Membership transfer fee]
From October 1, 2019
For conducting a membership transfer to spouse, 3,000PV equivalent will be charged uniformly as a handling fee.
For conducting a membership transfer in case of a member’s death, 3,000PV equivalent will be charged uniformly as a handling fee.
